various vehicles to British Forces Gibraltar.

III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: Not applicable.

special legal form required but each supplier will be jointly and
severally responsible for the contract before acceptance.

contractor, supplier or service provider and information and formalities
necessary for the evaluation of the minimum economic, financial and
technical capacity required: The following evidence may be required:
(a) Last two years audited accounts;
(b) Proof of assessment to Quality Assurance Standard BS EN ISO 9002 or
equivalent.
