Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/119994/D/SV/VU
2. Procedure: Restricted tender.
3. Programme: 9th EDF - NIP for Vanuatu.
4. Financing: European Development Fund - 9th EDF programme.
5. Contracting authority: National Authorising Officer, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, VU- Port-Vila, Vanuatu.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based technical assistance.
7. Contract description: Provision of a macro-economist to the Ministry
of Finance to assist in the preparation of the Medium-Term
Development/Expenditure Framework, and one auditor to the Ministry of
Education to improve its internal audit and control functions. This
technical assistance is to be funded within the envisaged framework of
FLEX budgetary support programme.
