Republic of Zimbabwe for a project identified for financing by the
European Union (EU)
1. Project identification and financing: a) Title: Health Sector Support
Programme I.
b) Number: 8 ACP ZIM 010.
c) Source of financing: 8th European Development Fund (EDF).
d) Status of the financing: approved in June 2003.
2. Contract identification: a) Type of contract: supplies.
b) Subject: supply and delivery to site of medical equipment spare parts,
medical equipment and instruments and computer equipment.
c) Number of lots: 4 (four):
lot 1: spare parts;
lot 2: medical equipment;
lot 3: medical instruments;
lot 4: computer equipment.
d) Group of lots: each one, several or all of the four lots.
e) Submission of alternatives: no.
3. Eligibility, origin and evaluation criteria: a) Eligibility: EU/ACP
States signatory to the Lomé IV Convention, 2nd Financial Protocol.

Financial Protocol, and exceptionally from non-ACP - EU member countries.
