1. The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam has received loans from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the French Development Agency (AFD) towards the cost of the GMS Kunming - Haiphong Transport Corridor: Yen Vien - Lao Cai Railway Upgrading Project. These contracts will be jointly financed by French Development Agency (AFD).
