Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation მუშაობს საქართველოში.
Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation Ltd. was founded by the order of the ministry of Economy of Georgia, on March 21, 2006 with the 100% state share. In the authorized capital, in volume 194 271 798 GEL, entered state shares of joint-stock company "Georgian International Oil Corporation", "Georgian Gas International Corporation" and National Oil Company "Georgian Oil".
The main duties of corporation are: searching oil and gas resources, their extraction and realization, designing of these works, also monitoring of marketing, transportation, transit, export, import, conservation, preparation, processing and realization of gas and oil, and also their products in territory of Georgia and behind its limits. Exploitation of gas main pipeline system, also gas and oil pipelines; their restoration and renewing; designing and building of new main gas and oil pipelines; creating, developing and ruling of appropriate infrastructure also are the duties of the corporation.
